Smuggler’s Cove, Tortola

Hidden behind lush green hills and less frequented by tourists, Smuggler’s Cove is the quintessential secluded spot and is one of our favourite Tortola beaches. The water is super calm here which makes for an ideal swimming or snorkelling session. While Smuggler’s Cove is favoured for its tranquillity, you will find some amenities like beach umbrellas and sun loungers available for rent. For refreshments, there are a couple of beach bars offering local snacks and cold drinks – Nigel’s Beach Bar and Patricia’s Beach Bar. Also, for those of you who like to get up close and personal with marine life, Smuggle’s Cove is a popular snorkelling spot.
